The samebenefits are excluded for parents raising children in joint custody.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0This could be translated that Greece is subsidizing the divorce and not the family bonds.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0There are literally no supportive social services and existing ones are oriented towards &#8220;assistance at home of disabled people&#8221; or refugees.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Mental health facilities operate without structure, \u00a0without organization and without protocols and uniform procedures. We would come to the conclusion that children and parents are abused by these structures, if \u00a0the violation of human rights recorded by the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights was considered.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0The notion of <strong>emotional \/ sentimental abuse is unknown<\/strong>. Abuse is accepted only in its physical form. Alienation and harassment of visitation rights are not considered as an illegal form of abuse.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Justice in golobo abuses men and children<\/span>. :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Litigation is functioning on the base of winner and loser where loser, men and children being the loosers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The judge intervenes violently destroying the relationship child &#8211; father protecting the child-mother relationship, in the name of the doctrine of biosocial supremacy of the mother.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The supremacy of the mother in the life of older children is ensudred in the name of the conflict theory &#8220;because you will have a high level of conflict me the judge I give the child to the mother&#8221; omitting that the conflict is caused by the judge himself who has ordered in the first place the exclusion of the father from the child&#8217;s life .<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The judge orders typical visitation rights only one night every second Saturday and three hours during one afternoon in the middle of the week. It obviously is impossible to maintain or establish \u00a0family relationships during such a limited time period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Court\u2019s decisions ordering visitation are executed only if and when the mother is willing to. Her refusal practically has no consequences for her.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The children\u2019s alienation \u00a0is rewarded because (a) it is not punished and (b) the alienator parent holds the child as a prize and visitation is refused to the alienated parent in order \u00a0&#8220;to avoid sentimental injury of the child.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Even the fact that hearings take place in a court together with other cases concerning property, \u00a0buisness or companies, and without any support from experts is the sign of abuse.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0For his own convenience and because he has no special knowledge the national judge has established the dogma of biosocial supremacy of the mother and the supposedly <strong>powerful mother &#8211; child psychic bond<\/strong>. The <strong>theory of the conflict<\/strong> proceeds to &#8220;confirm&#8221; the faith to the dogma as a <strong>self-fulfilling prophecy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0The judge is functioni\u03bdg with<strong> stereotypes<\/strong> : <em>all mothers are good, all dads are bad, all children have the same needs<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0This leads to classification and this in turn into court decisions issued under prejudice.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0And moreover, those who raise their voice and express the opposite, reminding Galileo Galilei, \u00a0are ridiculed, turned into victims of bulling or just did not heared or answered.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Scientific studies presented of Ms Malin Bergstrom (member of scientific group of ICSP) and the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, are not concidered as reliable and disgarded by the authorities because their results are against the dogma.<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 It unbelievable, that Greek women&#8217;s organizations and the Secretariat for Gender Equality encourages the divergent national \u00a0behavior and the gender stereotypes.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Further information is available upon
