Θέματα ισότητας των δύο φύλων στη συνάντηση Σκουρλέτη με την υφυπουργό Ισότητας της Σουηδίας

   Με την ευκαιρία η επιστημονική εταιρεία Ελληνικό Συμβούλιο Κοινής Ανατροφής προέβη στο ακόλουθο διάβημα προς την Σουηδό Υπουργό κα Pernilla Baralt :

 Madam,

   Our scientific organization Council on Shared Parenting Greece (www.synepimelia.gr), in cooperation with the scientific organization International Council on Shared Parenting (www.twohomes.org) and National Parents Organization (USA), is reporting the following concerning the country you are actually visiting :

   The Greek governmental services in their entirety (justice and public services) operate with stereotypes.

   Parenting which includes legal and physical care of children born out of wedlock (8% of births) and children whose parents have separated is assigned exclusively to their mother.

   Social policies and social services provide allocations, money, tax exemptions and work privileges exclusively to mothers who have assumed the  custody of their children. The samebenefits are excluded for parents raising children in joint custody.

   This could be translated that Greece is subsidizing the divorce and not the family bonds.

   There are literally no supportive social services and existing ones are oriented towards “assistance at home of disabled people” or refugees.

   Mental health facilities operate without structure,  without organization and without protocols and uniform procedures. We would come to the conclusion that children and parents are abused by these structures, if  the violation of human rights recorded by the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights was considered.

 

   The notion of emotional / sentimental abuse is unknown. Abuse is accepted only in its physical form. Alienation and harassment of visitation rights are not considered as an illegal form of abuse.

   Justice in golobo abuses men and children. :

• Litigation is functioning on the base of winner and loser where loser, men and children being the loosers.

• The judge intervenes violently destroying the relationship child – father protecting the child-mother relationship, in the name of the doctrine of biosocial supremacy of the mother.

• The supremacy of the mother in the life of older children is ensudred in the name of the conflict theory “because you will have a high level of conflict me the judge I give the child to the mother” omitting that the conflict is caused by the judge himself who has ordered in the first place the exclusion of the father from the child’s life .

• The judge orders typical visitation rights only one night every second Saturday and three hours during one afternoon in the middle of the week. It obviously is impossible to maintain or establish  family relationships during such a limited time period.

• Court’s decisions ordering visitation are executed only if and when the mother is willing to. Her refusal practically has no consequences for her.

• The children’s alienation  is rewarded because (a) it is not punished and (b) the alienator parent holds the child as a prize and visitation is refused to the alienated parent in order  “to avoid sentimental injury of the child.”

   Even the fact that hearings take place in a court together with other cases concerning property,  buisness or companies, and without any support from experts is the sign of abuse.

   For his own convenience and because he has no special knowledge the national judge has established the dogma of biosocial supremacy of the mother and the supposedly powerful mother – child psychic bond. The theory of the conflict proceeds to “confirm” the faith to the dogma as a self-fulfilling prophecy.

   The judge is functioniνg with stereotypes : all mothers are good, all dads are bad, all children have the same needs.

   This leads to classification and this in turn into court decisions issued under prejudice.

   And moreover, those who raise their voice and express the opposite, reminding Galileo Galilei,  are ridiculed, turned into victims of bulling or just did not heared or answered.

   Scientific studies presented of Ms Malin Bergstrom (member of scientific group of ICSP) and the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, are not concidered as reliable and disgarded by the authorities because their results are against the dogma.

  It unbelievable, that Greek women’s organizations and the Secretariat for Gender Equality encourages the divergent national  behavior and the gender stereotypes.

   The women’s organizations in Greece is – according to our oppinion –   the most significant obstacle to the elimination of stereotypes and discrimination.

   Κυρία υπουργέ,

   Ως επιστημονική οργάνωση Council on Shared Parenting Greece (www.synepimelia.gr), συνεργαζόμενοι με την επιστημονική οργάνωση International Council on Shared Parenting (www.twohomes.org) και National Parents Organization (USA), σας επισημαίνουμε τα κάτωθι :

   Οι κρατικές υπηρεσίες στο σύνολό τους (δικαιοσύνη και δημόσιες υπηρεσίες) λειτουργούν με στερεότυπα.

   Η ανατροφή των παιδιών εκτός γάμου (8 % των γεννήσεων) και των παιδιών που οι γονείς τους έχουν χωρίσει γίνεται αποκλειστικά από τη μητέρα τους.

   Οι κοινωνικές πολιτικές και οι κοινωνικές υπηρεσίες επιδοτούν με χρήματα, αφορολόγητο και προνόμια την αποκλειστική επιμέλεια παιδιών που οι γονείς τους χώρισαν. Τα ίδια προνόμια αποκλείονται για τους γονείς που μεγαλώνουν παιδιά σε κοινή  επιμέλεια

   Η Ελλάδα επιδοτεί το διαζύγιο και όχι την οικογένεια.

     Δεν υπάρχουν κυριολεκτικά καθόλου υποστηρικτικές υπηρεσίες και αυτές που υπάρχουν είναι προσανατολισμένες για “βοήθεια στο σπίτι”.

   Οι δομές ψυχικής υγείας λειτουργούν αποσπασματικά, χωρίς οργάνωση και χωρίς πρωτόκκολα και ενιαίες διαδικασίες. Τελικά οι ίδιες κακοποιούν παιδιά και γονείς και αυτό προκύπτει από τις καταδίκες της χώρας στο ΕΔΔΑ.

   Η ψυχική κακοποίηση είναι άγνωστη, μόνο η σωματική είναι αποδεκτή. Χρειάζεται σήμερα να γίνει συνέδριο στους Δελφούς με το ερώτημα αν είναι κακοποίηση η παρακώλυση της επικοινωνίας (visitation right) του χωρισμένου γονιού που δεν έχει την επιμέλεια.

   Η δικαιοσύνη λειτουργεί κακοποιητικά :

• το σύστημα λειτουργεί με την αρχή του νικητή και ηττημένου όπου ηττημένος είναι ο άνδρας και το παιδί.

• Ο δικαστής επεμβαίνει βίαια και διασπά την σχέση πατέρα παιδιού εν ονόματι της προστασίας της σχέσης μητέρας παιδιού, στο όνομα του δόγματος της βιοκοινωνικής υπεροχής της μητέρας.

• Η διατήρηση της θέσης της μητέρας σε μεγαλύτερη ηλικία επιτυγχάνεται με τη θεωρία της σύγκρουσης δηλαδή “επειδή θα έχετε υψηλό επίπεδο σύγκρουσης δίνω το παιδί στη μητέρα” αποσιωπώντας ότι τη σύγκρουση την προκάλεσε ο ίδιος ο δικαστής που διέταξε να φύγει ο πατέρας από τη ζωή του παιδιού.

• ο δικαστής διατάσσει επικοινωνία μία νύχτα κάθε δεύτερο Σαββατο και τρείς ώρες ένα απόγευμα στη μέση της εβδομάδος. Είναι αδύνατο να διατηρηθεί ή να δημιουργηθεί οικογενειακή σχέση με αυτό το ποσοστό χρόνου.

• οι αποφάσεις επικοινωνίας εκτελούνται μόνο όταν η μητέρα θέλει, η μη εκτέλεση τους πρακτικά δεν έχει συνέπειες για το δράστη

• η αποξένωση επιβραβεύεται, δεν τιμωρείται ο αποξενωτής αλλά κρατάει το παιδί και δεν δίδεται επικοινωνία στον αποξενωμένο γονιό “για να μην τραυματιστεί το παιδί”.

   Η κακοποίηση επέρχεται χάριν της ευκολίας του δικαστή ο οποίος στην ίδια αίθουσα εκδικάζει υποθέσεις για οικόπεδα, για επιχειρήσεις και για παιδιά χωρίς καμία υποστήριξη από ειδικούς.

   Για δική του ευκολία και γιατί δεν έχει τις γνώσεις έχει δημιουργήσει το δόγμα της βιοκοινωνικής κοινωνικής υπεροχής της μητέρας και τον δήθεν ισχυρό ψυχικό δεσμό παιδιού μητέρας. Με τη θεωρία της σύγκρουσης προχωράει στην “επιβεβαίωση” του δόγματος σαν μια αυτοεκπληρούμενη προφητεία. Για να το κάνει ο δικαστής λειτουργεί με στερεότυπα : όλες οι μαμάδες είναι καλές, όλοι οι μπαμπάδες είναι κακοί, όλα τα παιδιά έχουν τις ίδιες ανάγκες. Αυτό οδηγεί σε κατηγοριοποίηση και αυτή με τη σειρά της σε δίκες με προκατάληψη. Και επιπλέον, όποιος μιλήσει και πει το αντίθετο, όπως ο Γαλιλαίος, γελοιοποιείται, γίνεται θύμα μπουλινγκ ή απλά δεν τον ακούνε ή δεν του απαντάνε.

   Παρουσιάσαμε σημαντικότατες μελέτες της κας Μαλιν Μπέργκστρομ (μέλος της επιστημονικής ομάδος του ICSP) και του Κarolinska Institute της Σουηδίας , και η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν πιστεύουμε τις ψυχολογικές μελέτες γιατί δεν είναι αξιόπιστες.

   Κάτι που είναι απίστευτο, οι ελληνικές γυναικείες οργανώσεις και η Γραμματεία Ισότητας των Φύλων καλλιεργεί αυτές τις παραβατικές συμπεριφορές και τα στερεότυπα του φύλου. Περισσότερα στοιχεία είναι στη διάθεσή σας.

Οι οργανώσεις γυναικών στην Έλλάδα είναι κατά τη γνώμη μας το μεγαλύτερο εμπόδιο στην εξάλειψη των στερεοτύπων και διακρίσεων.
